3. I am using a new Nokia N73, can I join MaxGames?
Yes, MaxGames support major mobile phones from Nokia, Motorola, Samsung and Sony Ericsson.

4. How do I participate in tournament?
To join MaxGames tournament, you have to:
- Register as MaxGames members
- Download tournament games
- Play and upload score
5. I am not a MaxGames member, can I play multiplayer games on MaxGames?
Yes, the multiplayer games are available for both MaxGames members and non-members. However, there will be different charges for non MaxGames members.

6. How do I subscribe to MaxGames multiplayer?
Via SMS, send BUY MULTI to 22266.
7. I have forgotten my password, how do I retrieve it?
Via SMS, send PASSWORD to 22266.
8. I am ranked number 1 in a tournament and awarded with points. What can I do with the points?
Top 10 players in tournament will be awarded with tournament points and they can accumulate these points to redeem their favourite gift items. There is no expiry for the points collected.

9. What gifts can I redeem from tournament points?

10. I have received SMS notifying me that my ranking has dropped. Will this be continuous every time I joined a tournament?
Only players in Top 10 position will receive notification SMS. Players who ranked 11th and onwards will not be receiving any messages.
11. How does the Club tournament works?
For every tournament game, there will be 2 tournaments running concurrently; Individual & Club. If you are playing on a tournament game, the score you uploaded not only goes to individual ranking but also contribute to your default club. Therefore, active members on a tournament will also determine the ranking position of their clubs.
